Gutenberg Home
It is a house built according to the design of the architects Kazimierz Bomjan Sokolovski and Franceske Cholmyski. It was created by Jan Peterslig who bought 1,893 plots of land with buildings on it which are decorated with motifs of leaves and flowers. On the axis of the building is a statue of Jean Gutenberg (hence the building takes its name). In the period between the two world wars, the building housed the National Party, while from 1972 until 1973 there was the club gallery of the Union of Polish Visual Artists.
