Hercules Villa

The Villa of Hercules is decorated with mosaics and wall paintings. Mosaics were found during the construction of the sewers, which drew attention to this building that dates back to the Roman era. The first phase of the Villa of Hercules can be dated to the first half of the second century AD, and at the beginning of the second and third centuries AD. The series of rooms in the east extended north-south, and the new rooms were decorated with ornate mosaic floors.
