Hermitage of San Sebastian
The Monastery of San Sebastian was founded in 1535 by order of the first count of La Gomera, Don Guillen. This monastery reflects the Portuguese style in architecture as it appears in the capitals of the arch columns. It contains a carved image of the municipal saint from the eighteenth century, and you can notice the inscriptions of arrows. On the cornerstone of the entrance arch that refer to ancient battles.
