İzmit Clock Tower

The Izmit Clock Tower was built by Governor Musa Kazim Bey in 1901, and it is the work of the architect Vedat Tech. The neo-classical style clock tower is located in front of Sultan Abdul Aziz Palace on a hill with a wonderful view of the city of Kocaeli, and it consists of four floors, It includes fountains on the first floor and a clock on the upper floor, and every corner of the middle floor is decorated with the signatures of Sultan Abdul Hamid II.
