In the yōkai memorial room many objects belonging to Mór Jókai can be seen; This place houses all his and his family's belongings, and there is a huge garden and if you walk through it you will know why the writer loved being there, and it is worth noting that Imre Steindl, the world-famous designer of the Hungarian Parliament, lived in the house next to it.
