The Marinid Tombs are a group of ruined archaeological tombs located on a hill in the north of the ancient city of Fez. It was originally a royal tomb for the Marinid dynasty that ruled Morocco in the thirteenth and fifteenth centuries. Today, the area is very popular with locals and tourists due to the importance of the site.
