Museo del Traje

Museum dedicated to costume and fashion. His permanent collection consists of more than 160,000 objects. The current building was completed in 1973. The fashion collections date back from the Middle Ages, right through to the latest designs by Spain's contemporary fashion designers. It also holds many temporary exhibitions, such as groups dedicated to designers, or specific workshops, and discussion meetings on the development of fashion in Spain. It also contains many pieces of clothing that tell the history of Spain, passing through many civilizations to this day.
