Museu del Suro

Located in the center of Cork's Palafrugell Museum, it is an institution unique because of its theme, territory and complete services, which acquires, preserves, interprets and brings to light the heritage organized around the cork world of Catalonia, while landscapes, industry and lifestyles form a common identity. This museum aims to contribute to the social, economic, and cultural life of the community, in addition to providing support for formal and informal education, as well as alternative and creative entertainment. The Cork Museum also occupies a former cork factory, which is the largest in the industry in Spain.
