Museum of the Macedonian Struggle

It is a historical museum that displays the local history and cultural identity of Macedonia. It preserves the memory of the Hellenic struggles, and highlights the role of ordinary people who left indelible traces in a diverse cultural heritage. With tours, one discovers a lesser-known but important and pivotal chapter in the history of Greece and the Balkans in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The museum also contains maps that are rare and hard to find anywhere else, as well as old firearms, photos, war uniforms and much more.
