Ormanya

The Urmanya project was launched in 2014, and it is a wildlife park that extends over an area of 4 thousand acres, making it the third largest zoo in the world and the largest natural habitat for wildlife in Turkey, in which all the needs of plants and animals are met to live within conditions closest to their natural environment. It also combines the protection of natural and wild life with tourism use, and Urmania consists of 6 main areas: a zoo, a wildlife area, a natural recreation area with a camping area, a botanical path for walking and cycling, a nature school, and a wildlife rehabilitation center that also includes hobbit houses.
