Palazzo Pretorio
An ancient palace whose construction dates back to the year 1071 AD. It was the seat of the bishops of Tridentine between the ninth and thirteenth centuries. The palace is distinguished by its unique architecture in the ancient Roman style, but the palace was subjected to many restoration operations that led to the addition of new architectural elements to it, for example at The restoration of the building in 1676, at the initiative of Sigismondo Alfonso Thun, has radically changed the original Roman facade of the building, and many inscriptions, paintings and sculptures are added to the building from the inside and outside. It is worth noting that the palace building houses the famous diocese museum since 1963 AD.
