The Austrian Postal Savings Bank is located in an old building in Vienna, Austria, which was created by the famous Otto Wagner. The organization as a whole was invented by George Coch. Having studied the principles of banking abroad, he returned home and opened the first bank in Vienna, and the whole region. The building itself ranks among the most important examples of classical Austrian architecture to be found anywhere in the country.
