Real Colegio Doncellas Nobles
Museum of the College of the Noble Maiden, which is originally a former school for girls in Toledo. It was founded in 1551 by the Archbishop of Toledo, Cardinal Juan Martínez Celiso. The project, which was under the patronage of King Philip II as well as the Archbishop, aimed to teach young women to be good mothers in the future. Currently, the museum displays all the college’s facilities, rooms, and previous contents, as it is characterized by a majestic architectural building of great beauty with creative designs, in addition to elegant and luxurious interior designs and decorations that vary between antiques, paintings, sculptures, statues, decorations, inscriptions, luxurious furniture, and many others. A place worth visiting.
