Roman Temple of Córdoba
It is one of the ancient ruins located in the city of Cordoba, and it is the remains of a Roman temple that was discovered in the fifties of the twentieth century during the process of expanding the city hall, which is located in the corner formed by Claudio Marcelo and Captelleuros streets. This Roman temple was not the only temple in the city, but it was by far the most important, and it was discovered by means of archaeological excavations. The construction of this temple began during the reign of Emperor Claudius (41-54 AD) and ended after about forty years during the reign of Emperor Domitian.
