The Church of St. Ivan (St. John) is located within the Old Town of Budva. It was built in the 15th century on the ruins of a church dating back to the 7th century. Its structure is a three-story basilica with Gothic details on the façade. The church bell was built in In 1867, on the south side of this church, the Bishop's Castle edifice was built. Inside the church, many valuable items are kept, such as the icon of the Virgin Mary with Christ, the painting of Sveti Petar and Pavli (Saint Peter and Paul), which is a piece from a Venetian school, icons of Greek origin, and the painting of Sveti Luka (Saint Luke) by Anastas Bokarik.
