St. Ludgeri
The Church of St. Lugeri is one of the oldest religious buildings in Westphalia. It was built around 1180 AD. It has wonderful Romanesque architecture, and is also distinguished by its rooms, windows, paintings, frescoes and beautiful Gothic illuminated manuscripts. It also possesses one of the examples of medieval architecture, which is the majestic Gothic tower.
