Tiefurt Mansion
The Tifort House is a small palace located on the Elm River in Weimar. It was built in the sixteenth century and the palace consists of a main building in addition to an upper floor containing 7 rooms. It was considered the favorite residence of the German Duchess Anna Amalia (Anna Amalia of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel ), later the building was opened to the public as a museum and there is a large garden built in the English style near it.
