St. Peter's Church

The Church of St. Tariq or the Church of the Citadel, which is one of the most famous Roman Catholic churches in the city of Jaffa, as its construction dates back to the Ottoman era in Palestine in 1654 AD in the Baroque-Gothic style, and it was built in memory of St. Peter who visited the city of Jaffa and spent 3 days there with a person called Semaan al-Dabbagh. This church went through many restoration and repair operations, the last of which was in 1894 AD. This brick church features a prominent bell tower and impressive stained glass windows.
