Suwon Hwaseong Museum

Suwon Hwaseong Museum presents the history of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, which is considered one of the most important historical sites in Korea, and also one of the sites that UNESCO has placed on the World Heritage List. In this museum, visitors can learn about the building's architecture, its history, and who lived in it through detailed, systematically designed displays. Visitors will find among the exhibits in the museum traditional clothes, photographs and miniature models of the 48 buildings located within the fort grounds and many more.
