Ta' Kenuna Tower

Ta Kanuna Tower is a stunning tower located high on the cliffs of the island of Gozo. The tower was built by the British in the year 1848 with the aim of containing a signaling station for the telegraph communication system. The tower was built at an altitude of 130 meters above sea level, and is now used after its restoration in 2005 as a beacon for ships. Thousands of tourists visit this tower every year, as they can get majestic views of Gozo and the Mediterranean Sea from above.
