Description of the place
One of the most remarkable surviving churches in Ordu is the Tashbeshi Church, which is located above the sea in the western district of the city. The church stands on a high-walled balcony, which overlooks the city's skyline. This church is one of the oldest buildings in the country, as it is believed to date back to 1853 AD, when it was built by the local Greeks.
