Tsaritsyno is a museum-reserve in the south of Moscow, housed in a mansion of the same name, featuring a late 18th-century architectural complex, greenhouses, a landscaped historical garden with ponds, new picnic areas, and a dynamic light fountain. Created as a suburban residence for Empress Catherine II, the palace complex was designed and built on an area of 405 hectares by architect Vasily Bazhenov.
