Yeni Mosque

The new mosque is one of the important historical and tourist attractions on the island of Lesbos, as its construction dates back to the nineteenth century, and it has witnessed many changes since its construction to the present day. In its beginnings, the mosque was used for religious purposes, but it has now turned into a public place that hosts cultural activities and events held on the island under the supervision of the municipality.
