Ali Pasha Castle
Ali Pasha Castle, also known as Anthusa Castle, was built on a high hill near Anthusa and along the entire length of Parga Bay by Ali Pasha, the Turkish ruler of Ioannina, and served as a base of operations against the inhabitants of Parga who resisted the Ottoman attacks. Its ruins can be visited at any time, as There is still a large part of the castle walls that are preserved in good condition to this day and dominate the whole area. There is also a land train for tourists from Parga that goes to the castle every day during the summer with a professional tour guide. The top of the castle is interesting. Very impressive, as it offers charming views of the islands of Corfu and Paxos.
