Description of the place
The Church of Santo Ildefonso is an 18th-century Baroque church in Porto. It was named in honor of the Bishop of Toledo. It took thirty years to build and was inaugurated on July 18, 1739. The church is distinguished by the blue and white collapsible tiles that cover the facade of the church and depict scenes from the life of the church.
