Coal Peak Viewpoint

Coal Peak is a popular observation deck in São Miguel; The largest island in the Portuguese archipelago of the Azores, where visitors will find charming panoramic views of both the northern and southern coasts of the island, including a series of volcanic craters that extend from Ponta Delgada to Ribeira Grande, and this platform stands at a height of just over 800 meters, and also provides Great views of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the many surrounding lakes, including Lake Carvaugh, Lake Canario and Lake Rasa.
