Galleria Nazionale dell'Umbria
The National Gallery of Umbria, located on the third floor of the Palazzo dei Priori, contains paintings by Perugino, Pinturicchio, and other artists of the Umbrian school, including Benedetto Bonfigli and Bartolomeo Caporali, as well as sculptures by Di Cambio and Di Duccio. This exhibition shows the development of the painting process in Umbria from the Middle Ages to the twentieth century with its greatest strengths found between the thirteenth and eighteenth centuries. There are many notable works in this gallery that are worth a visit.
