Grand Mosque Of Limassol

In the heart of the old Turkish quarter, the Grand Mosque of Limassol is surrounded by palm trees almost as tall as its minaret. The mosque is a popular destination for Lemesos' remaining Turkish Cypriot population and Muslim residents who have come from the Middle East, and as with any mosque, visitors are required to dress modestly. The mosque was distinguished by its distinctive Islamic architectural design, with arched ceilings, towering minarets, and decorations covering its walls.
