Piazza della Frutta

One of the most prominent squares in the historic center of Padua, it is known as "Fruit Square" in relation to the famous vegetable and fruit market located in the middle of the square, and it is one of the largest farmers' markets in the city. The square also houses a group of prominent monuments in the city, including a historic tower dating back to the twelfth century, in addition to the historic city court. There are also many shops, souvenir and handicraft shops near the square, as well as a group of local restaurants and cafes.
