The Sailors’ Mosque was built in the municipality of Ulcinj by Ibrahim Pasha Al-Bushati Al-Ishqudari, who was seriously injured in the Battle of Krusi in 1796, and he built this mosque to express his gratitude to God for his recovery, and he dedicated it to the sailors of Ulcinj who played a great role in making his family successful and wealthy, which earned him This name, and in 1931 it was destroyed by the army of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia under the pretext that it was not suitable for the region, and after eight decades it was rebuilt, and today it is the most beautiful building belonging to Islamic architecture in Montenegro with its 26-meter-high minaret.
